Bratislava, 24 January 2013. The Board of Directors of Eustream has two new members. The General Meeting decided, that it will be Tomáš Mareček, which replaced Jean-Luc Rupp on the position of the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Vladimír Mlynář, which has taken the BoD member position of Gunnar Löwensen.
In accordance with the decision of the sole shareholder of Eustream, which is SPP, a change has occurred also in the Supervisory Board. Outgoing Thierry Kalfon will be replaced by Daniel Křetínský.

Tomáš Mareček
Born on 30. July 1976 in Prague. He graduated from the Faculty of Finance of VŠE (The University of Economics) in Prague. He started his professional career by joining the department of Mergers and Acquisitions of J&T group in 2004. Since 2004 he worked in the company Kablo Elektro a.s., where he first participated in the project of company restructuralization and subsequently he served as a finance director. In 2007-2009 he participated in successful acquisitions of several companies. Since 2011 he has been as a vice-chairman of the company Pražská teplárenská a.s. and at the same time he serves in the supervisory board of the company EP Industries, a.s. From 24.1.2013 he is a Chairman of the Board of Directors of eustream, a.s.
Vladimír Mlynář
Born on 15 January 1966 in Prague. In nineties he was Editor in Chief of the weekly Respekt and presentator of TV show „Respektovaní“. In 1998 he entered politics as member of the government of Jozef Tošovský. Subsequently he served as Chief Advisor of Prime Minister of the Czech republic Jan Fischer. In 2002-2005 he was Minister of Informatics of the Czech republic and also served as Member of Parliament. In 2008-2009 he worked for the company Telefónica 02. In August 2010 he has became a part of the Senior Management of PPF Group. Since 24.1.2013 he is a member of the Board of Directors of eustream, a.s.
