Bratislava: Man Jumps off Lanfranconi Bridge

Bratislava, April 9 (TASR) - An unidentified man jumped off Lanfranconi Bridge in Bratislava at around 7 a.m. on Tuesday, ending his life by falling on a concrete surface below the bridge, TASR learnt on the same day from Bratislava regional police spokesman Michal Szeiff. Prior to leaping off the bridge, the man allegedly jumped out in front of a passing tram nearby. Failing to kill himself that way, he then moved on to the bridge. zel/df
