KDH: Government put All Consolidation on Shoulders of People and Entrepreneurs

Bratislava, October 3 (TASR) - The government is unable to cut its large budgets in ministries and is unable to be thrifty on itself, the opposition Christian Democrats (KDH) stated on Thursday, adding that it has put all the consolidation on the shoulders of the people and entrepreneurs. "This proposal for consolidation from the government carries strong elements of amateurism. In its incompetence, the government has resorted to the least difficult but worst solution, namely to increase taxes. Unfortunately, this consolidation will affect all people. What is worse, non-profit companies, organisations and institutions that represent the state and help people in need will be affected by the transaction tax," stated KDH spokeswoman Lenka Kovar. am/mcs
