SNS Accepts Dolinkova's Resignation, But Slams Her Attack on Gov't Proxy Kotlar

Bratislava, October 4 (TASR) - The junior coalition Slovak National Party (SNS) accepts Health Minister Zuzana Dolinkova's (Voice-SD) decision to resign, as Dolinkova has failed to present any vision for the Slovak health-care sector, TASR was told by SNS spokesperson Zuzana Skopcova on Friday. "However, we condemn her attack on our lawmaker Peter Kotlar and ask how many criminal complaints she has filed against those who were stealing during [the] COVID [pandemic]" said Skopcova, who added that the poor economic performance of state-owned health-insurer VsZP took a turn for the worse under Dolinkova's tenure. Earlier in the day, Dolinkova announced her resignation as Health Minister. She declared that she lacks support from the government and criticised the fact that consolidation measures will impact the health-care sector as well. Dolinkova also lambasted Government Proxy for Investigation into COVID-19 Pandemic Management Peter Kotlar (SNS) for spreading disinformation. Kotlar stated on Wednesday (October 2) that the pandemic was "an act of bioterrorism" and a "fabricated operation codenamed the COVID-19 pandemic" aimed at "jeopardising human health" and "testing the naivete of the global population to follow orders subliminally". mf/df
