President Pellegrini Meets New French and Canadian Ambassadors

Bratislava, October 23 (TASR) - President Peter Pellegrini received letters of credential from new French Ambassador to Slovakia Nicolas Suran and Canadian Ambassador to Slovakia Karen Elizabeth Mollica at the Presidential Palace on Wednesday. Nicolas Suran served in the past as an auditor in the National Defence Institute and the permanent representative to the EU security council in Brussels. He also held various positions in embassies in Budapest, Berlin and Damascus. Before assuming her first ambassadorial post in Slovakia, Karen Elizabeth Mollica served as charge d'affaires to the Holy See and spent a significant part of her career in embassies in Jordan and the South African Republic, specialising in development agenda. mf/mcs
