Sasko Plans to Meet LOZ This Week, Hopes for Deal to Stave Off Mass Notices

Bratislava, October 23 (TASR) - Health Minister Kamil Sasko (Voice-SD) plans to meet with representatives of the Doctor Labour Union (LOZ) by the end of the week and is prepared to negotiate specific solutions aimed to improve the health sector, TASR learnt on Wednesday. Speaking after a session of the government, Sasko voiced hope that together with the unionists measures will be found that will prevent the filing of mass notices by the doctors. "I trust, and that's also the impression I've got from LOZ, that they care about systemic solutions to the Slovak health sector and in this they have a natural and strong partner in me. That's why I've come to this post and I'm ready to discuss these measures and bring very specific solutions," declared Sasko. mf/mcs
