Bratislava, November 5 (TASR) - Parliament acknowledged the 2023 report by public ombudsman Robert Dobrovodsky on Tuesday, which analysed 1,902 complaints and found violations of basic human rights and freedoms in 67 of them.
"There was the need to prioritise the complaints which underwent a legal analysis and were prepared for passing already back in 2022, during the eight months when the post of public ombudsman was vacant," reads the report.
Dobrovodsky noted that in 2023 he proposed 50 systemic measures with respect to eight ministries. He found positive developments in several fields.
