Police: 15-yo Boy Drives on D1 Highway in Company of Grandpa, Breaks Speed Limit

Bratislava, November 29 (TASR) - The Bratislava police deal with an unorthodox tutoring case, when 15-year-old boy, too young for a driving license, drove on D1 highway, in the company of his grandfather who was teaching him how to drive from a passenger seat, and the boy broke the speed limit by 47 km/h, TASR learnt from Bratislava police spokesperson Michal Szeiff on Friday. "The police officers banned the boy from continuing the ride on the spot," stated Szeiff. The misdemeanour is being addressed by transport police and once fully investigated, it's due to be forwarded to a relevant administrative body to determine the next course of action. mf/mcs
