Bratislava, December 2 (TASR) - The Opposition Christian Democratic Movement (KDH) and the Slovakia-For the People-KU coalition have criticised the failure to discuss a no-confidence motion in Interior Minister Matus Sutaj Estok (Voice-SD) following an unsuccessful session on Monday. KDH has objected to the failure to discuss the no-confidence motion in Sutaj Estok. "Problems should be resolved in Parliament, and we as the opposition have the right to ask the minister questions, and the minister should answer them," stated Frantisek Majersky (KDH). At the same time, he declared that if the special session is not opened, his own and the other opposition parties will again submit a motion to dismiss the interior minister. Roman Mikulec (Slovakia-For the People-KU) also criticised the situation. He believes that the opposition has the right to initiate the dismissal of the interior minister. He announced that if the related session is not opened, the plan is to initiate a vote of no-confidence in the government of Robert Fico. The second attempt on Monday to convene Parliament to discuss a no-confidence motion in Sutaj Estok was again unsuccessful, as Parliament was inquorate, with only 67 legislators present. Another attempt to dismiss the Interior Minister has been slated for 8.30 a.m. on Tuesday (December 3). lin/df
