The investment worth half a billion, by a global institutional player, in our area strongly signals that the global capital is back and will become active again in the following years," stated head of Cushman & Wakefield Slovensko capital markets department Rudolf Nemec. The Central European market of commercial real estate has recorded a growth in investment as 2024 nears its end. The estimated volume of investments in the region is expected to reach €3.5 billion in the 4Q24, with the total amount of investments in Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary forecast at €7.7 billion. mf
