VsZP: We'll Initiate Legislative Process to Correct Changes in E-prescriptions

Bratislava, January 2 (TASR) - The Health Ministry, health insurers and the National Health Information Centre (NCZI) have agreed to initiate a legislative process by the end of March at the latest to correct changes in e-prescribing, Zuzana Ziakova from the communication department of state-owned health insurer VsZP told TASR on Thursday. "The Health Ministry, health insurance companies and NCZI have been working hard to find an alternative solution that would ensure the continuity of the e-prescription system. Despite joint efforts, such a solution, which would be legally and practically sustainable for all parties involved, couldn't be found," said Ziakova. am/mcs
