Kosice - A police operation is currently underway in Kosice's borough of Dargovskych hrdinov, aimed at apprehending a suspect believed to be involved in terrorism and other criminal offences, with one suspect already detained by the police, TASR has learnt from Kosice regional police spokeswoman Lenka Ivanova. The police have assured the public that the situation is under control and that there is no reason to panic. "We want to assure the public that police officers from various departments within the scope of the Kosice Police Directorate, in cooperation with other units from various departments, have the situation under control. They are proceeding with extreme caution, eliminating possible dangers as planned in advance, so there is no reason to spread panic and fear," said the spokeswoman.
