dnes 13:33
Bratislava, January 9 (TASR) - Members of the parliamentary committee for supervising the activities of the National Security Bureau (NBU) will deal with the situation concerning the home ownership database at a special meeting on Tuesday (January 14), TASR has learnt from the Parliament Office's website.
NBU director Roman Konecny, along with Geodesy, Cartography, and Cadastre Office (UGKK) director Juraj Celler should be invited to the meeting.
Land regristry-related services have been unavailable since Tuesday (January 7). The Interior Ministry on Wednesday (January 8) confirmed that UGKK's information system, which is used by land registry departments of district offices, had been hit by a large-scale cyber-attack from abroad. The offices of land registry departments have been temporarily closed as a precaution.
The Office for Combating Organised Crime (UBOK) is dealing with this case of suspected unauthorised interference with the real estate registry computer system.
