SNS Calls for Talks on Return of Funds Provided to Ukraine Back to Slovakia

Bratislava, February 24 (TASR) - The junior governing Slovak National Party (SNS) has called on all relevant political representatives to start negotiations on the return of the funds provided to Ukraine back to Slovakia, TASR was told by SNS spokeswoman Zuzana Skopcova on Monday. "If the Americans can ask for funds, so can we as a country, since the European Union itself is weak in negotiations. We believe that the funds provided will be returned to Slovakia so that we don't have to be repaying the mistakes of the previous government or the egoistic decisions of European politicians," stated the SNS. The party has called on all politicians to stop their anti-Russian policies. "It's necessary to find common ground and put an end to this conflict, which is damaging the European Union and especially the Slovak Republic and its citizens," added the party. am/mcs
