Slovak Armed Forces: Third Anniversary Shows Peace and Security Not Guaranteed

Bratislava, February 24 (TASR) - The third anniversary of Russia's unprecedented full-scale invasion of Ukraine is proof that peace and security are among the most important values we can no longer take for granted, the Slovak Armed Forces stated on social media on Monday. They emphasised that, in times of dynamic changes in the world, it's essential to remain vigilant, united, and prepared to defend shared values. The security of Slovakia relies on cooperation with partners and our collective will to protect freedom and democracy, stated the Slovak Armed Forces. "We express respect and admiration to all those who defend freedom, democracy, peace, and the security of their homeland with arms in hand.
