Parliament: MP Grendel Has No Information about Session to Elect House Chair

Bratislava, March 2 (TASR) - Opposition MP Gabor Grendel ('Slovakia' party, 'For the People' and the Christian Union/KU) told a news conference on Sunday that he has no information about the alleged parliamentary session next week, at which the coalition would like to elect a new House chair. Grendel reiterated that his caucus won't take part in the potential session, noting that it didn't participate in the election of the previous House chair, either. Several coalition representatives during the weekend indicated that Parliament might hold the session to elect the new House chair next week. ko
