Bratislava, March 5 (TASR) - The Tourism and Sport Ministry will have new state secretaries, as the government, in line with a proposal of the new minister Rudolf Huliak (a Smer-SD nominee), dismissed Marek Harbulak and Jan Krisanda and appointed Martin Krnac and Ivana Sufliarska Libiakova to the posts.
The government also dismissed Pavol Sykorcin from the post of the ministry's general secretary and appointed lawyer Julius Ernek to replace him.
The changes followed the appointment of new Tourism and Sport Minister Rudolf Huliak by President Peter Pellegrini on Wednesday, thereby replacing Dusan Keketi (a Slovak National Party/SNS nominee). The change came in response to the situation within the ruling coalition. The ministry shifted from SNS to Smer-SD via an amendment to the coalition agreement.
