Bratislava, March 6 (TASR) - Parliamentary Vice-chair Tibor Gaspar (Smer-SD) told journalists in Parliament on Thursday that he believes the coalition will have enough MPs to open a session so that Miroslav Radacovsky, who is set to replace new Tourism and Sport Minister Rudolf Huliak in Parliament, can take his oath. He had been asked whether or not the coalition will have enough MPs to open a session, as it would have only 75 and not the necessary 76 without Huliak. "I think that Mr. Radacovsky will take the oath and that this will be achieved. There is a way to do it, but I won't reveal it for now," stated Gaspar, refusing to be more specific. At the same time, Gaspar said that he's counting on support for the coalition from Independent MPs Samuel Migal and Radomir Salitros, who were expelled from Voice-SD, as well as from Voice-SD MP Jan Ferencak, who also had some reservations. "Unless they clearly tell the media that they don't want to support the governing coalition and are joining the opposition, I think that we still need to talk to them about support for this government," added Gaspar. Ferencak also commented on the situation within the coalition on Thursday. Speaking for Dennik N Daily, he confirmed that negotiations are ongoing, and that he would like the original support of 79 MPs to be preserved. Ferencak said that the aim is to resolve the situation by the next regular session due to start on March 25. If an agreement is not reached, he admitted a possibility that a session may not be opened. ko/df
