Bratislava, March 9 (TASR) - The 'Slovakia' party has called for unity in the opposition and thinks that Progressive Slovakia (PS) leader Michal Simecka should try harder to unite the whole opposition and not just play a solo game, Michal Sipos, a member of the party's presidium and head of the parliamentary caucus composed of 'Slovakia', 'For the People' and Christian Union (KU), said at a press conference on Sunday. "I expect my colleagues from PS to get into their conscience a little bit, maybe suppress their egos a little bit and try to bring the opposition together. We're ready, we're trying to make all the steps for our 'Slovakia' party so that the opposition acts united and I say, for that we need the leader of the opposition to make a little bit more effort and not just play it on himself," he stated. Sipos said that the 'Slovakia' party is taking steps to unite the opposition. "But they aren't interested in our cooperation, they aren't even willing to address us when they're going to call a special meeting, they aren't even willing to greet each other in the corridor sometimes, so it makes you humanly feel sorry," he pointed out. am
