Bratislava, March 17 (TASR) - Slovakia has borrowed €529.8 million on international markets in the latest auction of government bonds, with the total level of interest among investors exceeding double this amount, the Debt and Liquidity Management Agency (ARDAL) reported on Monday. The average yield in accepted bids ranged between 3.4071 percent for eight-year bonds and 4.1748 percent for bonds maturing in 2051. Only eight-year bonds had lower yields, with the state selling €114 million of them against investor demand of over €262 million. The average yield on bonds maturing in 2034 was 3.5693 percent. The state sold these for €82 million, but investor interest was €296.5 million.
