Bratislava, March 18 (TASR) - Voice-SD MP Jan Ferencak has declared his support for the governing coalition on a social network, adding that defending the needs and interests of citizens as an MP and mayor of Kezmarok (Presov region) remains his priority. "I am pleased that Premier Robert Fico (Smer-SD) has managed to reach an agreement to restore the governing majority with MPs Samuel Migal and Radomir Salitros," wrote Ferencak. Premier Fico on Tuesday signed an agreement with Migal and Salitros that will create the conditions for ensuring a stable majority for the governing coalition in Parliament. He also thanked Ferencak for his approach to resolving the situation. The MPs around Migal claim that the agreement will allow them to continue supporting the government manifesto while maintaining an emphasis on the government and Parliament working first and foremost for the people. Migal and Salitros were expelled from Voice-SD in January, while Ferencak remained in the party. The premier held talks with a group of dissatisfied MPs regarding securing their support for the government. After the coalition agreement was amended, Voice-SD gave up the Investment Ministry, which passed to Smer-SD. The investment minister post was discussed with the MPs around Migal. ko/df
