Bratislava, March 18 (TASR) - Government Proxy for Investigation of COVID-19 Pandemic Management Peter Kotlar urged Prime Minister Robert Fico (Smer-SD) to convene a session of Slovakia's Security Council over findings of his team's analysis into mRNA vaccines against COVID-19, underlining that he will present its results only to Security Council members and Prosecutor-General Maros Zilinka, TASR learnt on Tuesday.
Speaking at a press conference on the same day, Kotlar wants to ask Fico to make sure these findings won't be released anywhere until the end of a potential investigation.
"I call on the Prime Minister to convene a session of the Security Council and find out what we were injecting into the people during the COVID-19 pandemic," declared Kotlar, according to whom the analysis results prove that the security of Slovakia had been jeopardised during the pandemic. "The state institute for drug control (SUKL) didn't do its homework and granted a genetic medication access to the market and the Slovak population without conducting its own analyses. A medication that causes genetic changes to organisms," he said, adding that he has enjoyed Prime Minister Fico's support to date. "That's because he knows I'm not bluffing," the Government Proxy claimed.
According to Kotlar, no one has seen the analysis yet and, aside from those present at the Security Council session and Zilinka, no one will. Kotlar refused to answer questions by journalists, as to who carried out the analysis, where, how and at what cost. Kotlar declared that if the Prosecutor-General won't address the analysis results or confirm that Kotlar is wrong, Kotlar will resign from his post of the Government Proxy and forfeit his medical degree. "If it turns out that I'm not right, I will tear my medical degree to pieces in front of the media and apologize to the Slovak people," he said.
