BRIEF: NDS Obliged to Evaluate Bids in Tender for D3-motorway Section Again

Bratislava, April 3 (TASR) - The National Highway Company (NDS) will have to re-assess the results of the tender for the construction of the the Oscadnica-Cadca, Bukov II half-profile section on the D3 motorway. This stems from a decision of the Public Procurement Office (UVO), which upheld some of the objections filed by an unsuccessful tender bidder. NDS should again announce the result of an evaluation of the bids in writing within 60 days of the decision becoming final. Note: This story will be extended. ko/df
