Liberation80: WWII Uniforms and Equipment Displayed at Senica Museum

Senica, April 22 (TASR) - The military history club (KVH) Red Eagles from Piestany (Trnava region) will present details about the uniforms and equipment of American soldiers from the Second World War at the Senica Museum on Saturday (April 26) from 2.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m., as part of the exhibition '80th Anniversary of the Liberation of Senica', which will run until May 25, the local government stated on social media. The event will give visitors an insight into what American soldiers wore and used during the Second World War. "You'll learn many interesting facts, have the chance to see everything up close, and talk with military history experts," the post explained. The '80th Anniversary of the Liberation of Senica' exhibition presents, through interactive panels, events related to the city's liberation and the defeat of Nazism. It features, for example, the names and stories of participants in the anti-fascist resistance in Senica and its surroundings. lin
