Vatican City/Bratislava, April 24 (TASR) - Two Slovak priests, Jan Dubina and Lubomir Welnitz, who have served for several years as papal masters of ceremonies, are involved in preparing Saturday's funeral of Pope Francis, according to the website of the Slovak Conference of Bishops (KBS). The priests were also present at recent events related to the farewell to Pope Francis. "They appeared, for example, during the transfer of Pope Francis's remains from the Domus Sanctae Marthae to St Peter's Basilica in the Vatican," the KBS stated. Pope Francis died on Monday (April 21) morning at the age of 88. He had been the head of the Catholic Church since March 2013. The funeral of the Holy Father will take place on St. Peter's Square at the Vatican at 10 a.m. on Saturday (April 26). Slovakia will hold the state mourning from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on that day. lin
